During our years with Coldwell Banker, we earned the coveted International Presidents Circle Award, which is reserved for the top 10% of the nation's Coldwell Banker Realtors. In the Spring of 2005, we established Browning Realty International, which has enabled us to devote our full attention to the unique equestrian / Palm Beach Polo market we serve. We speak English, French and German, and have been residents and members of the world famous Palm Beach Polo and Country club since 1992. We know golf, we know horses, and we are familiar with the area's beaches, boating opportunities, and cultural centers. Having been expatriates for many years, has uniquely qualified us to help our clients find what they most desire. We have been on the "other side"!! Elke and Randy Browning have extensive worldwide background experience in public relations, government affairs, and international business. Countries we have called "home", include: England, France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Congo, Morocco, Hong Kong, and Jamaica. Elke has worked in international interior design and residential housing. She has been a licensed Florida Realtor since 1999, and holds the GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) designation. In her spare time, she enjoys golf,tennis and walking Rags, our wire-haired fox terrier. Randy was employed by a major multinational Fortune 500 company, for which he traveled and worked abroad for a number of years. After relocating to Florida, he joined the Real Estate profession, and is now a licensed Real Estate Broker. His hobbies include sailing, golf, and walking Rags. Marion Tauber settled in Wellington, after a distinguished career as a business broker in Atlanta, GA. She enjoys watching her daughters and granddaughter compete at Wellington's Winter Equestrian Festival. She has found seasonal rentals as well as the 'perfect seasonal' home to purchase for countless grateful customers. Need the impossible? Call Marion! Mary LaMedica was associated with golf club development in Wellington as well as other locations. She has lived in the Polo Club since the 80's and has been active in real estate for almost ten years. Mary is a perfectionist, who gives her all to the task at hand.
